Redwood National Park Album
Redwood NP is located near Crescent City, California.
It is 112,000 acres in size and is visited by 380,000
people a year.
The 300 foot trees can live up to
2000 years.
The National Park is also
overlapped by the Jedediah Smith
California State Park.
The trailhead of the Stout
Grove Trail.
The trees have a way of making
you feel very small.
To the right a tree root and above
a fallen tree.
The tallest tree in the
park is 379 feet tall.
A giant thousand year old tree that
was sawed down.
Hiking in the land of giants.  It was
nice and cool!
