After a couple miles we pose before returning.
Bucksnort Saloon
The Bucksnort Saloon is located
in the town of Sphinx Park.
The Sphinx rock formation that
gave the town its name
Inside the saloon there is a fortune left behind by visitors.
Time for a beer on the saloons
patio.
The rustic saloon is like a museum.
Summit Lake on Mt. Evans
Halfway to the summit of Mt Evans we come to Summit Lake.
Summit Lake every year is a wildflower paradise.
A herd of Mountain Goats with babies passes by.
