Beaver Brook Trail 6/3/08
Beaver Brook Trail is the most scenic hike in the foothills of Denver.  The
10 mile trail traverses the sides of 3 mountains.  The altitude variation is
1000 feet.  The trail is located between Lookout Mountain and the Buffalo
herd in Genessee.
The west trailhead starts at a
bridge crossing Beaver Brook.
The canyon on the west end of
the trail.
The trail has many scenic
vistas with a couple
located on 1000 foot
cliffs.

caused by falling boulders.
The trail traverses 3 mountain
sides with many cliffside
crossings.
