Ontario Fishing Album
Ontario is a land of beauty.  It also has great fishing.  With these
competing options, fishing prevailed, my photo's lost.
Ontario fishing launch dock.
Our lodge on Viking Island,
reached only with planes
equipped with floats.
Our daily chore.
Large, 27.5" Walleye.
The view over Ontario lakes on
the way to our lodge.
Our first big catch, a 40" Northern
Pike.
Douglas Lake, Ontario, Canada.
One afternoon of keepers.  There
were many rejects.
The Northern Lights were there
every night
as were the wolf
howls
Our Native American friend who
cleaned our catch
.
The cook at the lodge who really
knew how to cook fish
.
They could have given us fish
every meal and we would be happy
.
We even tried cooking it
ourselves
.
Our cabin at the lodge.
A Northern Pike keeper.
Another Northern Pike keeper.
A two foot Walleye.
Our beloved Mom just loved our
fisherman's look

we were served fabulous meals
