| Croatia is one of 7 countries created with the breakup of Yugoslovia. It had a minor population of Serbians who fought against independence. They were large enough to damage Dubrovniks "Old Town". They were defeated and Dubrovnik was restored. This country, located on the Dalmation Coast of the Adriatic Sea is prospering. With its scenic beauty and many antiquities it is a tourist mecca. |
